Agency offers supports for menincity

The John Howard Society is rolling out a new schedule of programs and services that offer support to formerly incarcerated men in Brandon. The Men’s Resource Centre, which is run by the John Howard Society of Brandon, cel- ebrated its three-year anniversary with an open house on Monday. Facilitators at the centre say programs and activities will now follow a weekly schedule that offer men a positive space to access resources. The centre was created to support people transitioning from incarceration back into society. Prior to the centre’s opening, JHS consulted men at the Brandon Correctional
