The juggling of dangerous objects is also on the enter- tainment list. A performer named Mr. Skinny is set for a variety of acts such as to ride high-rise unicycles, jug- gle, swing swords, perform hat tricks, and dance, Laing Breemersch told the Sun. Perennial favourite Doodles the clown is also set to come back in 2025 with his signature brand of child-friendly humour and balloon work. A hula-hoop- er is on the schedule, as well as the Sweetgrass Ojibwe drum group. Magician & The Muse is set to perform as well as The Fugitives Dance Band. Live entertainment is also planned at the Barn Bar on Friday and Saturday. But don’t forget — the Royal Manitoba Winter Fair brings world-class show jumping, heavy horse competi- tions, livestock sales and displays, agricultre education, live entertainment and hundreds of commercial and ag- ricultural exhibits to Brandon. Hundreds of volunteers are involved to make the event happen — from administrative work all the way to picking up garbage. Organizers Swain and Laing Breem- ersch said the work of volunteers is invaluable to bring this event to life and they encourage anyone interested to visit the fair website and apply.
